WHAT TO EXPECT
This tour introduces you to traditional, rural, ways of life in an old Balinese village. You will visit a local school; explore a heritage house; form your own sacred daily offerings and take a walk in the village’s rice fields in discovery of the region’s farming techniques.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
The hotel pick-up at roughly 8:00 AM will take you to Taman Sari Buwana, a cooperative farm in the Tabanan regency. Here, one finds scenic farmland and a well-preserved lifestyle where as many as 15 families live harmoniously within one compound. Fields are ploughed by buffaloes and rice is picked by hand. Find tropical fruit plantations, orchards and spice gardens, as well as the occasion to learn more about age-old ways of farming.
