WHAT TO EXPECT
Home to artisanal goods, sacred sites and secluded beaches, Bali’s Eastern shore is a feast for the eyes and a treat for explorers. This full-day tour takes you to serene water temples, authentic local restaurants and the quiet white sand beach of Karangasem.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Following your hotel pick-up at 6:45 AM, the North-Eastern side of the Karangasem region will be your starting point. The first stop will be the Lempuyang Temple (also known as the Gates of Heaven). Next, comes Tirta Gangga, where one discovers the importance of holy water in Balinese Hinduism and daily life. Lunch ensues at Dewata Agung Restaurant (or similar), where exquisite Balinese dishes are served in the peaceful setting of lush gardens and fish ponds. Then, you will head towards Taman Ujung Water Palace, where you will discover this ancient relic of architectural expertise, built upon the expanse of water. Rest under the Balinese sun among breathtaking views of the secluded Virgin Beach at the end of the day.
